Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Original Shipping Costs
If your return is accepted and the item is being returned for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
In addition, because the original shipping cost was covered by us as a complimentary benefit at the time of purchase, this shipping benefit no longer applies once the product is returned. Therefore, where permitted by law, a $29.95 original shipping and handling fee must be paid before the return address is provided.
Once this fee has been settled, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will verify that it is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us with clear photos and/or videos of the issue so our team can review the case properly.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a product defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item sent, we will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, special orders, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
