Shipping Policy

Your only job is to train. Not to calculate logistics costs.

At NeverGym, we keep shipping simple and transparent. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — no hidden fees added later, no customs invoices at your door.

Processing time

Once your order is placed, we prep your setup within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it leaves our warehouse, with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery time

After your order ships, you'll receive it at your door within 5 to 10 business days, strictly depending on available stock at the time of purchase.

Orders to the United Kingdom and Canada may take up to 39 business days to arrive, due to extended international transit and customs clearance.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $19.95 USD per order, fully insured against loss or damage in transit at no additional cost to you. If anything happens to your package on the way, we replace it — no questions, no paperwork on your side.

From time to time, we run promotions where shipping is free at checkout. If the offer is live when you place your order, you'll see it applied automatically before payment.

Tracking your order

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — and if it's not there, reach out to us.
